GTA 6 Gameplay Reveal Draws Nearly 4 Million Concurrent Viewers

The first official gameplay broadcast for Grand Theft Auto VI peaked at approximately 3.97 million concurrent viewers across streaming platforms, according to reports. The figure counts reaction and commentator livestreams rather than an official broadcast alone, and the showing has been described as the most-watched gaming stream of 2026 to date. Reports differ slightly on whether viewership overwhelmed Twitch and Netflix specifically, or major platforms more broadly, during the event.
