Who we are

ViceLume is an independent fan-made companion tool. The data controller is the operator of this website (contact via the DMCA page until a public contact ships).

What we collect and why

• Account data. If you register, we store your handle, optional email, and passkey credentials (public keys only — we never see or store passwords). Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the service).
• Email list. If you join the launch list, we store your email and language until you unsubscribe or the list is purged. Lawful basis: consent.
• Usage of Coach. Your player profile (hours, goals) and generated plans, so the service works. Lawful basis: contract.
• Essential storage only. No analytics or advertising cookies run unless you explicitly opt in via the consent banner. The default is off.

What we never do

• We never put personal data in URLs or query strings.
• We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We never store payment details — payments are processed by Stripe.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Account deletion is self-serve from your profile and completes within 30 days (soft-delete then purge). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

Accounts: until deleted. Email list: until unsubscribe or launch-list purge. Server logs: 30 days. AI-generated content carries no personal data.

Processors

Hosting and CDN (Cloudflare), database hosting, Anthropic (AI processing of non-personal content), Stripe (payments). Each processes data under a data processing agreement.
